Placing an order with Diffrun is simple. First, select your preferred book. You will then receive a free preview of the first 13 pages to see how well the personalization works. Once you make a purchase, the full book is unlocked. You may fine-tune any face generations as needed, review the complete book, and approve it when you are fully satisfied. Your storybook is then printed on premium 200 GSM glossy paper and shipped to your doorstep in approximately 7 business days.

Every book is printed in the same country as its delivery destination. .
Each of our books is uniquely crafted to order, which requires a little extra time for printing and delivery. Here are the timelines:

• Australia – 7 to 14 Business days
• Canada – 6 to 15 Business days
• India – 7 to 8 Business days
• UAE – 8 to 12 Business days
• United Kingdom – 7 to 11 Business days
• United States – 8 to 13 Business days

If your order arrives in a damaged state, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Please be advised that some banks or payment providers may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If the refund is not received within 14 business days, do not hesitate to contact us at support@diffrun.com.

Yes, your privacy and your child’s safety are extremely important to us.

Your photos are used only to create your personalised book. They are never shared with any unauthorized third parties, never sold, and never used for advertising or AI training.
If you do not save your preview, all uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 48 hours.
If you save a preview or place an order, the related images are securely stored for up to 30 days so you can access your book or request a reprint. After that, they are permanently deleted.

You can request immediate deletion of your photos and personal data at any time by emailing us at support@diffrun.com, and we will remove everything linked to your preview or order.

At this time, our system supports placing one book per order. If you wish to order multiple books, please create and submit separate orders for each book.
